KUALA LUMPUR: MISC Bhd
's vessel-owning entities Polaris 3 and Polaris 4 have signed two time charter parties with Exxon Mobil Corp's wholly-owned subsidiary SeaRiver Maritime LLC for the charter of two newbuild liquefied natural gas carriers for operations in international waters.
It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the vessels will be chartered by SeaRiver for a firm period of 10 years for operations commencing in 2026.
