Thriven is acquiring 4,700 sq metres of freehold land in Butterworth that has been approved for the development of serviced apartments for RM21mil.

Similarly, European stocks tumbled after central banks in Switzerland and England raised interest rates.
“Following the negative sentiment in global markets, the FBM KLCI could extend its selldown towards the support of 1,425 points,” Apex said.
