Crowe is IWCity’s new auditor

KUALA LUMPUR: Iskandar Waterfont City Bhd (IWCity) has approved the audit committee’s recommendation to appoint Messrs Crowe Malaysia PLT (Crowe) as its new external auditors for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2022.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia , IWCity said the appointment is subject to the company receiving the written consent from Crowe to act as the external auditors of the company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016. — Bernama
