KUALA LUMPUR: Perodua's vehicle registration for August 2022 rose by about 42 per cent to 26,039 units compared with 18,346 vehicles registered in July 2022 on improvement in the supply of automotive components.
Its president and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Zainal Abidin Ahmad said, in terms of production, August was the best month so far this year with 28,036 units made, translating into a healthy increase in deliveries for all models, with the Bezza leading the pack with 6,808 units, followed by Myvi and Axia at 6,252 units and 4,857 units, respectively.
