FOLLOWING the overwhelming response to the LBS Fabulous 2020-21 campaign, LBS Bina Group Bhd makes a grand return this year with extra excitement and prizes for its customers.
This time around, the highly-anticipated LBS Fabulous Extra 2022-23 campaign is giving away enticing lucky draw prizes worth a whopping RM1.5mil – including cars, motorcycles, home appliances, entertainment systems and many more.

Speaking at the launch event held at KITA@Cybersouth Sales Gallery in Dengkil, Selangor, LBS Bina Group executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San said the LBS Fabulous Extra 2022-23 campaign is a great opportunity for homebuyers to acquire their house and at the same time win some great prizes for their dream home.
“It was rewarding for us to see the joy of all homebuyers when we handed them their prizes (previously),” said Lim.
“So this round, we have doubled the number of prizes to be given away.
“There is more of everything and that means greater opportunities for every homebuyer,” he said.
Participation is extra simple as well. Homebuyers who purchase participating properties of LBS with the price point of RM300,001 and above, from July 1 till Dec 31, 2023, will automatically be eligible for the lucky draw.
The LBS Fabulous Extra 2022-23 will be rolled out in two phases, which sets to be extensively amplified across multiple LBS social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram until Sept 16.
The second phase will be on-ground carnival-themed events to be held in conjunction with National Day and Malaysia Day from August to September.
Visitors can look forward to a slew of fun-filled events happening at selected LBS developments until September whereby homebuyers can enjoy extra incentives such as exemption of legal fees, loyalty reward, flexi-payment scheme, zero exit fee as well as furniture packages.
