KUALA LUMPUR: Innoprise Plantations Bhd
’s net profit for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022 (2Q22), increased to RM30.94mil from RM20.61mil in the preceding year’s corresponding quarter.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said revenue improved by 44% or RM78.72mil.
The increase in revenue and net profit was mainly due to higher average selling prices and higher sales volume of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK).
The average selling prices of CPO and PK increased by 54% and 48%, respectively. — Bernama
