PHNOM PENH: The Covid-19 pandemic in the last two years has sped up digital transformation in Cambodia, says Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen.

Speaking at a graduation ceremony at the University of Puthisastra based in Phnom Penh, Hun Sen said the pandemic has led to a tremendous surge in eCommerce, mobile payment and online learning.
