Stella Holdings unit accepts RM34mil deal


Stella, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, stated the contract is over 18 months with completion targeted on March 18, 2024.

PETALING JAYA: Stella Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Mewah Kota Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM33.9mil contract from Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd to improve the water distribution system in Johor Baru and Pontian in Johor.

Stella, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, stated the contract is over 18 months with completion targeted on March 18, 2024.

This is the construction engineering company’s first project of the year with its last project announced back in August 2021 where it received a RM12.8mil contract from the National Solid Waste Management Department of the Housing and Local Government Ministry.

Stella shares closed unchanged at 92.5 sen yesterday.
