Nestcon signs MoU on solar PV collaboration


KUALA LUMPUR: Nestcon Bhd has inked a memorandum of understanding with Nam Heng Safety Glass Sdn Bhd to explore opportunities to develop solar photovoltaic facilities at Nam Heng's properties.

In addition, the parties will explore the supply of safety glass by Nam Heng to potential projects undertaken by Nestcon.

Nestcon said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia the MOU is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets upon the successful implementation and execution of the proposal.

As at 12.30pm, shares in Nestcon were trading one sen or 2.38% higher at 43 sen a share on the back of 4.72 million units traded
