E.A. Technique to sell vessels for RM60mil

KUALA LUMPUR: E.A. Technique (M) Bhd has sought shareholder approval to dispose of three marine vessels for RM60.12mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said Nautica Kota Tinggi will be sold to Petroleum Gulf Energy Trading LLC for US$4.65mil (RM20.69mil) following their memorandum of agreement in June.
