KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch for on Tuesday include Willowglen MSC, Seremban Engineering, Media Prima, YTL Hospitality REIT, FGV and Ingenieur Gudang, said JF Apex Research.

Willowglen MSC Bhd has secured a RM19.31mil award for the design, supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of the TRX integrated management system.

Seremban Engineering Bhd has bagged a contract worth RM14.01mil from Technip Energies (M) Sdn Bhd for the supply and delivery of a melamine silo and pressure vessel for the latter.

Former Bursa Malaysia Bhd chairman as been appointed as an independent director of Media Prima Bhd.

YTL Hospitality REIT’s net property income (NPI) for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2022 (4QFY22) rose 3.73% to RM56.8mil from RM54.7mil a year earlier.

The Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) bought a further 3.22 million shares in FGV Holdings Bhd from the open market between July 26 to 28.

Ingenieur Gudang Bhd (formerly known as Dynaciate Group Bhd) has proposed to acquire leasehold industrial land measuring 9.32 acres in Puncak Alam.

Meanwhile JF Apex said the FBM KLCI could trade sideways around the 1,500 level followong the choppy session on Wall Street overnight.

On Monday, the US market ended slightly lower after US, China and Europe PMI data showed demand weakening under the inflation pressure.

Similarly, The energy sector pulled European stocks slightly lower after disappointing data from the euro zone and China fueled fears of weakening demand and economic contraction.
