KUALA LUMPUR: Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, the property arm of Naza Corp Holdings Sdn Bhd, plans to develop six new projects with a total gross development value of RM3bil within the next three years.
In a statement, chief executive officer Daniel Lim said the company’s next project launch would be TTDI Za’aba Residences in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Meanwhile, Naza TTDI also opened KL Metropolis sales gallery, situated at the heart of MET 1 housing two show units of MET 1 Residences, which is almost 100% completed to date.
MET 1 is one of the components at Naza TTDI’s flagship development, KL Metropolis.
