PETALING JAYA: LYC Healthcare Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary LYC Dental & Aesthetic Holdings Sdn Bhd has entered into a conditional share purchase agreement with Elite Dental Team Sdn Bhd (EDTSB) to acquire 178,200 ordinary shares or a 55% stake for RM5.5mil cash.
