YTL REIT’s NAV per unit up 8% following revaluation


PETALING JAYA: A revaluation exercise by YTL Hospitality REIT (YTL REIT) on 15 of its properties has resulted in an aggregate valuation increase of RM212.04mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, YTL REIT said the revaluation exercise increased the company’s and its subsidiaries’ unaudited net asset value (NAV) per unit from RM1.5562 per unit as at May 31, 2022 to RM1.6806 per unit.
