(PetDag) has appointed three new directors to its boardroom, including the former CEO of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Tunku Alizakri Raja Muhammad Alias.(pic)
In a Bursa Malaysia filing, PetDag said Tunku Alizakri, 52, is the chairman of Malaysia Venture Capital Management Bhd and also sits on the boards of public listed companies such as Sime Darby Plantation Bhd and IHH Healthcare Bhd.
