Former CEO of EPF to join PetDag

PETALING JAYA: Petronas Dagangan Bhd (PetDag) has appointed three new directors to its boardroom, including the former CEO of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Tunku Alizakri Raja Muhammad Alias.(pic)

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, PetDag said Tunku Alizakri, 52, is the chairman of Malaysia Venture Capital Management Bhd and also sits on the boards of public listed companies such as Sime Darby Plantation Bhd and IHH Healthcare Bhd.

Also joining PetDag’s board are Datuk Sazali Hamzah, 56, and Mohd Yuzaidi Mohd Yusoff, 59.

The appointments will be effective June 1, 2022.
