Reservoir Link expands into energy storage


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the energy-related services provider said the group had entered into a joint venture and shareholder agreement with AAH.

PETALING JAYA: Reservoir Link Energy Bhd will be collaborating with ADS Asset Holdings Sdn Bhd (AAH) to jointly co-fund, construct and develop energy storage solutions.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the energy-related services provider said the group had entered into a joint venture and shareholder agreement with AAH, whereby both parties have agreed to treat RL ADS Power Sdn Bhd as a joint venture company with Reservoir Link having the majority stake of 51% and AAH with the remaining 49%.
