Uzma wins RM102mil solar project

PETALING JAYA: Oil and gas company Uzma Bhd has obtained an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) provision contract worth RM101.8mil for the development of a 29.99MWac large scale solar photovoltaic plant project in Bestari Jaya, Selangor.

It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that its related company Uzma Nexus Sdn Bhd secured the contract from Nextenaga Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nexuscorpgroup Sdn Bhd, via a letter of award dated April 28.
