Taliworks makes progress in solar projects


Taliworks, an infrastructure company engaged in water treatment, supply and distribution, highway and toll management, waste management and engineering and construction, will also work to complete the acquisition of the remaining minority economic interests in the following weeks.

PETALING JAYA: Taliworks Corp Bhd has completed the acquisition of the majority economic interest in four solar projects from TerraForm Global Operating LP and several of its subsidiaries.

In a statement, the group said the said solar projects, located in the vicinity of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, had an aggregate capacity of 19-megawatt peak.
