KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch for on Monday include LTKM, Revenue Group, Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust, FGV Holdings, Central Global, Ocean Vantage Holdings and G3 Global, said JF Apex Research.

LTKM Bhd plans to sell its existing chicken egg production business to become an electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider.

Revenue Group Bhd has proposed to acquire the remaining 49% stake in the latter's subsidiary Revenue Secure Sdn Bhd for RM31.85mil to be paid in new shares issued.

Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust (Sunway REIT) has appointed Tan Sri Amirsham Aziz, a former Minister as well as former Maybank president and chief executive officer, as its new chairman.

FGV Holdings Bhd has appointed the Economic Planning Unit's (EPU) deputy director-general Datuk Yatimah Sarjiman as a non-independent and non-executive director.

Central Global Bhd (CGB) has proposed to issue one-for-two free warrants paired with a private placement exercise of up to 39.24 million shares to raise between RM29.67mil and RM33.36 mil.

Ocean Vantage Holdings Bhd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to form a business venture to set up a pipeline coating facility in Sarawak.

G3 Global Bhd’s shareholders have approved the group's proposed venture into the healthcare business, starting with the sale of Covid-19 test kits.

Meanwhile, JF Apex said the FBM KLCI could restest the resistance of 1,620 points.

The US markets were mixed on Friday with the Dow Jones rising but the S&P500 and Nasdaq dropping with technology stocks leading the decline followig expetations of higher interest rates and tighter monetary policy by the Federal Reserver.

European stocks also gained amid new sanctions on Russia.
