Fajarbaru in tie-up with Akokaya

PETALING JAYA: Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd is tying up with Akokaya Sdn Bhd to set up a joint venture (JV) company for the purposes of a fruit crops cultivation and plantation project in Pahang.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Fajarbaru said its wholly-owned subsidiary Fajarbaru Plantation Sdn Bhd had entered into a joint venture agreement (JVA) with Akokaya for the purposes of regulating the conditions for and of a JV company, Fajarbaru Agriculture Sdn Bhd (FASB).
