Gamuda's 2Q net profit rises to RM177.13mil

KUALA LUMPUR: Gamuda Bhd’s net profit for the second quarter ended Jan 31, 2022 (Q2FY2022) rose to RM177.13 million from RM123.24 million a year ago supported by the better earnings in the construction and property divisions.

Revenue increased to RM1.29 billion from RM895.41 million as works on all fronts picked up the pace while earnings per share increased to 7.05 sen from 4.90 sen, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
