The redevelopment project, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.2bil, will be undertaken by Menara Rezeki Properties Sdn Bhd. Jiankun and Menara Rezeki have a 70% and 30% stake in Menara Rezeki Properties respectively. They will be the core developers of the redevelopment project.
