Office space to support KLCCP Stapled’s growth


The KLCCP Stapled Group comprises KLCC Property Holdings Bhd (KLCCP) and KLCC Real Estate Investment Trust (KLCC REIT), which manages the prime commercial properties, namely, the Petronas Twin Towers, Menara ExxonMobil and Menara 3 Petronas. It also manages the Suria KLCC mall.

PETALING JAYA: KLCCP Stapled Group is expected to see earnings resiliency in 2022, thanks to its long-term tenancy agreements for its office segment and recovery in its retail and hotel businesses.

For the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2021, KLCCP Stapled returned to the black after posting a net profit of RM70.33mil, compared with a net loss of RM41.84mil a year earlier, thanks to a rebound in its retail and hotel segments.
