MPOB to hold review and outlook seminar on Jan 13


MPOB director-general Datuk Dr Ahmad Parveez Ghulam Kadir will present a paper on the performance of the palm oil industry in 2021 and prospects for 2022. “The seminar will provide opportunities for the participants to update on the latest performance of the palm oil industry, post Covid-19 strategies and market developments,” he said.

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) is organising the Palm Oil Economic Review and Outlook Seminar 2022 on Jan 13 to disseminate information regarding the performance of the Malaysian oil palm industry in 2021, market prospects and the price outlook for 2022.

In a statement, MPOB said Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister Datuk Zuraida Kamaruddin will officiate the seminar.
