CTOS Digital raises stake in RAM to RM8.1%

PETALING JAYA: CTOS Digital Bhd has upped its stake in RAM Holdings Bhd by an additional 3.5%, bringing its total shareholdings in the bond rating agency to 8.1%.

In a statement, the group said it acquired the 350,000 shares in RAM from Standard Chartered Bank (M) Bhd for RM7.6mil, to be funded by cash raised from its recent initial public offering.
