Sime Darby Property achieves 100% take-up rates

PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd has successfully achieved 100% take-up rates for its recently launched Dayana Phase 2 andSerenia Aiora Phase 1 homes. This continues the company’s achievement with Elmina Green Five in City of Elmina and Trilia in Bukit Jelutong which were launched in recent weeks.

“Sixty three units of Dayana Phase 2 in Nilai Impian and 144 units of Serenia Aiora Phase 1 in Serenia City, with a total gross development value of RM132.4mil, were snatched up immediately during their respective sales previews earlier this month, marking the company’s fourth consecutive booked out new launch,” it said in a statement.
