KUALA LUMPUR: Yinson Holdings Bhd plans to set up an Islamic medium-term notes (MTN) programme of up to RM1bil for working capital, refinancing of existing financing and borrowings.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, it said it had lodged with the Securities Commission (SC) for the Sukuk Wakalah programme based on the syariah principle of Wakalah Bi Al-Istithmar.
