PETALING JAYA: Bioalpha Holdings Bhd
has completed its acquisition of China-based supply chain management services provider Guizhou Hongbo Supply Chain Co Ltd for RM12.85mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, ACE Market-listed Bioalpha said Guizhou Hongbo’s operations included supply chain management services that involved food processing and productions, food management, general trading which includes import and exports as well as agricultural-related services and warehousing.
