HONG KONG: Modern Land (China) Co is seeking a three-month extension on a dollar bond due Oct 25, in another example of a developer looking to manage liquidity issues amid the fallout from China Evergrande Group.
The Beijing-based firm is seeking to push back the maturity to “improve our liquidity and cash flow management and to avoid any potential payment default,” it said in a filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange.
