BSL Corp buys Singapore company to expand


The vendors are the legal and beneficial owners of the entire issued shares of Unify Pte Ltd

PETALING JAYA: BSL Corp Bhd has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with two Singaporean nationals, namely, Jerry Tan Gim Moh and Tan Hoon Bee (vendors) to acquire SD Unify Pte Ltd, a Singaporean company.

The latter is principally involved in the business of manufacturing and repairing semiconductor foundry equipment.
