KIP REIT declares 2.10 sen income distribution


KIP REIT Management Sdn Bhd executive director Datuk Eric Ong Kook Liong (pic) said the Q4 and FY21 performances were within the management’s expectations with the average occupancy rate showing gradual improvement.

PETALING JAYA: KIP Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) has announced a final income distribution of 2.10 sen per unit, following the release of its result for the fourth quarter (Q4) of its financial year ended June 30, 2021 (FY21).

For the quarter in review, KIP REIT saw its net property income (NPI) increase 13.9% to RM15.08mil in Q4FY21 from RM13.23mil in the corresponding quarter last year, while realised profit after tax increased 24% to RM10.1mil from RM8.2mil.
