Aemulus Q3 earnings jump 31 fold

PETALING JAYA: Aemulus Holdings Bhd’s net profit jumped 31-fold year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM2.7mil for the third quarter (Q3) ended June 30, 2021, on higher revenue.

During the quarter in review, the technology company’s saw its revenue increase three-fold y-o-y to RM16.4mil.

In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the strong demand for the current quarter was derived from mobile and tablets, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor image sensors, data centre and automotive markets.

It is targeting higher revenue from the smartphone and tablet market in the coming quarters, driven by wider and broader adoption of the 5G technology in China and rest of the world.
