GCap proposes rights issue

PETALING JAYA: G Capital Bhd (GCap) has proposed a renounceable rights issue to raise up to RM102.62mil to part-finance its 52.6-megawatt renewable energy projects.

The company said in a statement the exercise would entail an issuance of up to 1.28 billion redeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks (RCULS).

This will be issued at eight sen each on the basis of four RCULS for every one existing ordinary share in GCap held on an entitlement date to be determined later.
