has entered into a non-binding indicative offer to acquire assets from MTU Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (MSM) for a consideration of RM60mil.
The company will then lease the assets back to MSM for up to a nine-year period at RM3.3mil a year, or 18% of MSM’s annual revenue, whichever is higher, on a triple net rental basis.
