PALM oil giant Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd terminated a RM450mil plan to buy two plantations in Indonesia from TSH Resources Bhd on Tuesday.

GIC invests in Sunway

Sunway Bhd has announced selling a 16% stake in its healthcare unit to Greenwood Capital Pte Ltd, subsidiary of Singapore’s Investment Corp (GIC), for RM750mil on Wednesday.

The deal valued Sunway Healthcare group at RM4.7bil.
