MARC affirms rating of Menara Citibank owner Inverfin’s debt notes


Menara Citibank has an NLA of 734,533 sq ft. and recorded an occupancy level of 81.2% as at end-2020 (end-2019: 86.0%).

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Rating Corporation (MARC) has affirmed the AAA rating of Menara Citibank owner Inverfin Sdn Bhd’s Tranche A notes while the outlook of the rating has been revised to negative from stable.

It said on Thursday the Tranche A notes are under the maximum limit of RM160mil of its medium-term notes (MTN) programme.
