MICG concerned about Serba Dinamik’s response to dispute with external auditor

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance (MICG) says Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s response to the dispute between the external auditor has raised serious governance concerns.

MICG deputy president David W. Berry said in a statement on Tuesday that by using the process of removing an auditor when the executive is unhappy with the audit findings is not appropriate.
