Oriental Holdings expands operations to provide long-term income


Under its plantation segment, OHB plans to plant 1,000ha to 2,000ha of oil palm in Indonesia each year over the next two years. To date, it has planted 12,621ha in Indonesia.

GEORGE TOWN: Oriental Holdings Bhd (OHB) will continue to expand its automotive, plantation and retail pharmacy segments which will provide long-term income stream for the diversified group.

The group will also diversify into investment of properties abroad and monitor the progress of setting up an aged care facility for patients requiring medium to long-term medical or rehabilitative services.
