KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd
has received a special notice from its non-independent non-executive director, Datuk Haji Abdul Kadier Sahib, to convene an EGM for the removal of existing auditors and the appointment of new auditors.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Abdul Kadier, who is also a shareholder with 15.96% stakes, has proposed for the removal of KPMG PLT as auditors of the company.
