Quick take: Quality Concrete hits limit up in early trade

KUALA LUMPUR: Shares in Quality Concrete Holdings Bhd hit limit up in early trade Wednesday.

The counter added 30%, or 33 sen to RM1.43, making it the top gainers on Bursa Malaysia. So far this year it has risen 43%.

Quality Concrete has not made any corporate announcements recently. Its last announcement was made on April 30, reporting its fourth quarter results.

In the fourth quarter ended Jan 31, 2021, Quality Concrete’s net loss narrowed to RM1.4mil from RM2.07mil in the same period a year ago.

Revenue, however, rose 50.6% to RM48.11mil against RM31.94mil previously.

For the full financial year ended Jam 31, 2021, Quality Concrete posted a net loss of RM1.95mil on revenue of RM141.67mil.
