Bina Darulaman bags RM431mil Kedah contract

PETALING JAYA: The Kedah state government has awarded a RM431mil contract to Bina Darulaman Bhd to upgrade the Pelubang water treatment plant in Kubang Pasu, Kedah.

Bina Darulaman, which is majority-owned by Kedah State Development Corp, said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, BDB Synergy Sdn Bhd, had received a letter of acceptance for the contract through Kedah Public Works Department (JKR).

The letter of acceptance was dated May 4. “The contract duration of the project is 156 weeks, commencing from the site possession date on May 20,2021 until the completion date on May 15,2024, ” the group told the stock exchange yesterday.
