has appointed Datuk Mohd Anuar Taib (pic) as its executive director effective today.
In a statement, the group said Mohd Anuar joined as an independent director in August last year before appointed chief operating officer and chief executive officer in October 2020.
He took over the helm of the group on March 23,2021, following the retirement of Sapura Energy founder Tan Sri Shahril Shamsuddin.
