Nestle sees another solid year in 2021


Nestle chief executive officer Juan Aranols (pic) said that the first quarter of 2021 reflected the group’s ability to continue driving growth and sustain performance amidst challenging conditions.

PETALING JAYA: Nestle (M) Bhd’s revenue for its first quarter ended March 31,2021, rose 1% to RM1.45bil compared with RM1.43bil in the previous corresponding period, on the back of improved contribution from its food and beverage (F&B) business.

The group said its F&B business recorded 5% growth during the period, driven by robust in-home consumption and good momentum across most brands.
