Ancom launches bid to takeover Nylex's assets and liabilities


KUALA LUMPUR: Ancom Bhd has launched a RM179.3mil bid to acquire Nylex (Malaysia) Bhd's assets and liabilities.

Under the plan. Ancom has proposed for Nylex to distribute RM164.3mil to its shareholders and retain the remaining RM15mil working capital.
