Careplus seeks transfer to Bursa Malaysia main market

KUALA LUMPUR: ACE market listed Careplus Group Bhd is seeking a transfer to the main market of the Bursa Malaysia.

The glove maker said that it has achieved an audited consolidated profit after taxation attributable to owners of the Company of approximately RM122.47mil in financial year ended Dec 31, 2020.

For the past three years, its aggregate consolidated PATMI was RM115.29mil.

This means Careplus has met the profit requirement for a transfer to the main market.

Careplus was listed on the ACE market on Dec 6, 2012.

"The Proposed Transfer signifies the growth, profitability and financial strength of Careplus Group as it has met the profit track record requirements for a transfer to the Main Market of Bursa Securities," it said.

As at the date of this announcement, the market capitalisation of the Company is approximately RM1.21bil.
