KUALA LUMPUR: Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd
has proposed to place out 83.7 million new shares to five new investors, including to Tiong Nam Logistics Holdings Bhd managing director Ong Yoong Nyock.
The private placement exercise will raise RM40.2mil for the company, to be utilised for working capital.
