Residensi Solaris Parq milestone

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd’s Residensi Solaris Parq is expected to enhance the attractiveness of Mont’ Kiara and Dutamas as the affluent address to aspire for, given the twin towers’ well-balanced design of luxury, nature and convenience.

Following a topping up ceremony yesterday, the Residensi Solaris Parq serviced residences, which has a gross development value of RM755mil, is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2022.

UEM Sunrise said the topping out symbolised the concreting of the roof slab, marks another milestone towards the first phase of the residential component.
