Sinmah Capital undertakes restructuring exercise


KUALA LUMPUR: Sinmah Capital Bhd had undertaken a restructuring of group involving the disposal of the entire equity interest in Sterling Healthcare Sdn Bhd by Sinmah Axis Healthcare Sdn Bhd.

It said both Sinmah Axis Healthcare and Sinmah Healthcare have today entered into a share sale agreement to dispose of and acquire 500,000 ordinary shares, representing entire equity interest in Sterling Healthcare for a total cash consideration of RM500,000.
