PRG’s unit in property development JV

KUALA LUMPUR: PRG Holdings Bhd has entered into a joint venture agreement (JVA) with Semangat Hikmat Sdn Bhd for a proposed development of the land in Kinta, Perak.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, PRG said Premier Construction Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRG Property Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company entered into the agreement with Semangat Hikmat.
