KUALA LUMPUR: AirAsia Bhd will be upgrading its Navitaire New Skies reservation system this week as part of its continuous effort to provide guests an enhanced online experience.

The budget carrier said in a statement that flight and SNAP bookings would be unavailable during this period from 11pm yesterday to 3am on March 24 on airasia.com, airasia superapp, AirAsia sales offices, counters and through our AVA chat service.
